Payment, Shipping and Return Policy
Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order (when ordering via Western Union and Bank Wire). If payment is not received within the above time frame the order will be canceled.
We accept Western Union money transfers, Bank wire transfer and credit cards (VISA/MasterCard) for payment.

Payment must be cleared before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 7 working days for confirmation that your Bank wire or Western union payments has been cleared. Orders paid by Credit card are shipped the following working day. For custom orders please contact us for more details.
Shipping For Express shipping, all orders are shipped via Aramex or TNT, whereas LibanPost for regular Airmail Shipment. Other shipping methods are available upon request; however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damaged goods.
International shipping and large orders information is available upon request for custom order items please contact us for more details.
We will ship international orders only when payments are verified By Audi-Bank for Credit Card processing and FrancaBank for Bank wire transfers.
Please Note: in certain cases some Countries will impose a custom fees or a Taxs percentage on certain products.
Non Returnable Items: There are no returns for sale items. We do not provide exceptions to our return policy. Please note the following prior to purchase so that you are aware of our return policy.
Insurance: Items damaged during shipping should be covered by insurance. We encourage all customers to obtain insurance protection if they have concerns. Simply note your request for insurance on your order and we will charge or bill you accordingly. In no event should you accept a package from the carrier if it is damaged. You should immediately contact the carrier so as not to void any claim.
Large orders will be subject to different return policy criteria based on prior agreement made by both parties.
